PURPOSE:To provide a good resin sheet of desired layer forming in a simple and easy way by replacing properly a channel dispensing plate forming a dispensing channel to send resin in from a plurality of resin conduits into a desired channel of composite die. CONSTITUTION:Resin flowing in from a separate introduction channel 22a of an adaptor block 11 flows into a dispensing channel of a channel dispensing plate 10a through an introduction channel 22b and divided equally into channels 23a and 23b. Resin flowing into the dispensing channel 23a, one of channels of the channel dispensing plate 10a, passes through a channel 24c, the supply channel 24b inside the adaptor block 11, the channel 24c of a connecting block 13 and flows into a surface layer die manifold 64c, one of the manifolds of die 61. On the other hand, resin branched by the channel dispensing plate 10a into the other dispensing channel 23b passes through channels 25a and 25c and flows into a die manifold 63, the other manifold of a composite T die 61. After that, resin is pressed and spread uniformly to the width direction in the die 61, laminated into there layers, and extruded as a sheet. |
