PURPOSE:To minimize an angle measuring error, by automatically changing a video band width according to the width of the scanning beam transmitted from a ground station. CONSTITUTION:The scanning beam signal transmitted from a ground station is received by a receiving antenna 1 to be applied to the high frequency part 2 of a receiving circuit 8. The receiving signal converted to intermediate frequency in the high frequency part 2 is converted to a video signal by an intermediate frequency amplifying part 3. A part of the output of the intermediate frequency amplifying part 3 is applied to a DPSK demodulator 6 and demodulated/decoded to be supplied to a control circuit 7. The control circuit 7 outputs the beam width data of the scanning beam obtained by decoding a DPSK signal to a variable low band-pass filter 14. In the variable low band- pass filter 14, a band width is narrowed on the basis of beam width data when the width of the beam is wide and widened when the width of the beam is narrow.
