PURPOSE:To provide a compacted transfer construction by transmitting the output of a speed changer upon changing by an aux. speed changer, distributing the drive torque to the front and rear drive shafts, and thereby shortening the transfer construction in the direction fore and aft of the car body. CONSTITUTION:An aux. speed changer 2 composed of a high-speed and low- speed switching means 3, 4 and a selector device 5 is arranged on extension line of the output shaft 6 of a speed changer 1. One end of No.1 transmission shaft 7 of said selector device 5 is coupled with the output shaft 6 and a sun gear 10, while the other end with a drive pulley 12. The output shaft 6 and No.1 coupling shaft 7 are installed in parallel with the front and rear propeller shafts 13, 14, which are arranged on the same axis. A torque distribution mechanism 16 consisting of differential gearing devices 20-22 of simple planet gear type is installed on No.2 transmission shaft 15 arranged between the front and rear drive shafts 13, 14, and a driven pulley 17 is fitted loosely.
