PURPOSE:To raise reliability by constituting the burner of a hot water supplier which has a fuel flow rate change-over valve with a second burner igniting and fire extinguishing electromagnetic valve, a first burner igniting electrode and a flame rod electrode for ignition and fire extinguishing detection used commonly for both burners. CONSTITUTION:When only a first burner group 14 are ignited, an electromagnetic valve 20 opens when the water temperature drops to supply gas to a second burner group. Since at this time a flame rod electrode 17 for igniting and fire extinguishing detection is red-heated by the first burner group 14, fire is easily transferred from the first burner group 14 to a second burner group 15. If this fire transfer is not made, the value of electric current in the flame rod does not increase and an electric current detection circuit 19 judges abnormality and closes the electromagnetic valve 20. With this constitution safety and reliability can be raised. |
