PURPOSE:To make it possible to prevent the decrease in the amount of a working fluid and the development of scale by providing a constant pressure deaeration valve on the upper section of a liquid receiving tank of a heat transfer device in a closed system and automatically discharging air that has invaded into the system. CONSTITUTION:A working fluid radiates its heat through a heat radiation section 19 and enters a liquid receiving tank 22 provided at the upper section of a heating section 13. Because, if air and other gases have invaded into a system, the pressure in the liquid receiving tank 22 rises gradually, those gases are made to pass through a small gap in a stop valve 27 driven by pressure and they are discharged by a constant pressure deaeration valve 28. When the operation is continued and the liquid level in the heating section 13 is reduced, it is detected by a detection means 29a, and an electromagnetic valve 25 is opened. The flow started thereby in a guide pressure pipe 26 closes the stop valve 27 driven by pressure, thus the pressures in the heating section 13 and the liquid receiving tank 22 are made almost the same. With this pressure, the liquid in the liquid receiving tank 22 opens a check valve 23 by the head difference and flows back to the heating section 13. When the liquid level reaches a liquid level detector 29b, it again closes the electromagnetic valve 25 and continues to transfer heat.
