PURPOSE:To improve the offset preventiveness of a toner for electrophotography by mixing toner particles and silicone-contg. capsule particles formed by using a silicone oil as a core material and enveloping the periphery thereof with a shell, thereby obtaining the toner. CONSTITUTION:The silicone oil is sealed into the core material of the silicone- contg. capsule particles. An oil having dimethyl siloxane structure is used as the silicone oil. A polyurethane resin and polyurea resin are used for the capsule shell thereof. The mixing ratio of the toner particles and the silicone-contg. capsule particles is specified to a 100/0.1-100/100 range. Since the silicone oil is sealed into the capsules, the silicone oil easily coats a fixing roller when the capsules are broken. The offset preventiveness is thus improved and the good fixing is executed. |
