NEW MATERIAL:A compound of formula I (R<1> is H, lower alkyl, phenyl or ethoxycarbonyl; n is 1 or 2; R<2> and R<3> are H, lower alkyl or together form 2-3C alkylene; X is halogen). EXAMPLE:S-[(6-methyl-3-oxopyridazin-2-yl)methyl]isothiuronium chloride. USE:A hypotensor having low toxicity. PREPARATION:The objective compound can be produced e.g. according to the reaction formula by heating and refluxing a compound of formula II and a thiourea derivative of formula III in a solvent preferably for 1-several hours.
