PURPOSE:To facilitate installation of a torque distribution mechanism by arranging in a speed changer a final decelerator distribute the torque from drive shaft to the left and right wheels, and furnishing a mechanism to distribute the torque from sub-shaft to the front and rear wheel drive shafts at the rear opposite to the final decelerator of the speed changer. CONSTITUTION:A speed changer 1 consists of a torque converter 2 and a speed change device 3, and is enclosed with a case 4. At this time, the output shaft 6 of said speed change device 3 is coupled with one end of a sub-shaft 8 arranged parallel therewith. A final decelerator 10 to distribute the drive torque between the two front wheel is connected at the front of a drive shaft 9 for front wheels which is arranged in parallel with the input shaft 5 and concentrical to the sub-shaft 8. A propeller shaft 11 for rear wheels parallel with the propeller shaft 9 for front wheels is furnished at the side opposite to the final decelerator 10. A torque distributing mechanism 12 consisting of simple planet gear is installed at one end of said sub-shaft 8. A drive gear 13 is loosely fitted in the middle of the sub-shaft 7 and coupled with the torque distributing mechanism 12 through No.1 and No.2 switching means 18, 19.
