PURPOSE:To improve the working efficiency and workability of tape winding, by providing a driving source for feed which properly moves a tape support shaft along a longitudinal direction. CONSTITUTION:A tape support shaft is extended to length being long enough to allow holding of plural same or difference winding tapes 3 in parallel, and a driving source 17 for feed, moving a tape support shaft 16 along its longitudinal direction, is coupled to the one end part of the tape support shaft 16. Thereby, the plural winding tapes 3 can be held in parallel to each other on the single tape support shaft 16, and the arbitrary winding tape 3 can be set on a tape winding axis 21 based on a coil 5. Thus, even if the tape member of the one winding tape 3 is all wound, winding of a subsequent tape can be continued only by setting the preliminary winding tape 3, held in parallel on the tape support shaft 16, on the axis 21.
