<p>PURPOSE:To make a range from fine yarn to extra thick one well cuttable, by cutting the yarn out of the yarn end suction port formed on the outer circumferential surface of a rotor as reciprocating a movable blade in the almost orthogonal direction with a rotational direction of the rotor. CONSTITUTION:When a bobbin 1 to be transferred on a locus 65 arrives at a station B and positioned therein, a yarn end Y1 is inhaled by internal suction pressure of a rotary cutter 22 via holes 27 and 29. And, the yarn end Y1 inhaled along with rotation of the rotary cutter 22 is transferred, and yarn of a punch winding part is forcedly released, and when it comes to the part of a movable blade 23, it is cut by the blade 38 formed on the circumference of the hole 29 and the movable blade 23. Since this movable blade 23 is reciprocated in the almost orthogonal direction with a rotational direction of the rotary cutter 22, yarn cutting operation is very good, so that a range from fine yarn to extra thick one, or even to such a dumpling-form yarn lump is made cuttable. In addition, the movable blade works so as to be polished to a rotor surface, so that its excellent sharpness is secured.</p> |
