PURPOSE:A skin cosmetic that contains gamma -amino-beta-hydroxybutyric acid, thus showing excellent effect to prevent skins from aging such as improvement of roughened skins, improvement of cuticles, acceleration of turn over of corneal layers. CONSTITUTION:gamma -Amino-beta-hydroxybutyric acid is added in an amount of 0.05-2.0wt% based on the total weight, to a skin cosmetic such as lotions, milk, cream, or packs to give the objective skin cosmetic with accelerates the turnover of corneal layer to improve roughened skins and cuticles, further giving skins appropriate moisture, flexibility or smoothness, elasticity and gloss. |
