PURPOSE:To improve an efficiency of operation and eliminate a main operating switch for a centralized control in a centralized control device for an air conditioner used in a hotel or the like by a method wherein a main operating signal generating circuit is arranged in parallel with a main operating switch. CONSTITUTION:When a power supply switch 7 is turned on, a wave power generated by a main operating signal generating circuit constituted by a capacitor 1 and a resistor 2 is inputted to a main operation input part A of a control part 5 and then an air conditioner starts to operate. Then, when the main operation switch 3 is depressed, a pulse signal is inputted to the main operation input part A and an operation or stoppage of the air conditioner is controlled. With this arrangement, it is possible to improve an efficiency of operation and eliminate the main operation switch for a centralized control operation.
