PURPOSE:To maintain stabilized combustion for a long period of time by a method wherein fractionated waste, whose containing rate of high polymeric waste is high, is incinerated in a rotary furnace while a waste supply pusher speed, a rotary furnace speed, after combustion fire grate speed, the amount of recirculating gas, the amount of combustion air or the like are controlled. CONSTITUTION:Fractionated waste, whose containing rate of high polymeric waste is high, is gassified and burnt in an incinerating furnace including a rotary furnace 21, after combustion fire grates 26a, 26b and a gas recombustion chamber 27. In case the amount of heat of exhaust gas of combustion is retrieved by a boiler 41, a waste supply pusher speed, a rotary furnace speed, an after combustion fire grate speed, the recirculating amount of combustion exhaust gas, the amount of combustion air, the amount of gas recombustion air and the temperature of combustion air are set automatically based on the quality and the incinerating amount of the waste, which are obtained by combining the incinerator and the boiler into one system, while these set values are regulated automatically by the temperatures of respective parts in the incinerating furnace, the percentage of O2 in the inlet port of the rotary furnace, the amount of evaporation of the boiler and the percentage of O2 in the exhaust gas of combustion. As a result, the stabilized combustion of the waste may be maintained for a long period of time and the generation of poisonous gas or the like may be restricted.
