PURPOSE:To make it possible to simply synchronize the intermittent sending action of a belt and the machine by arranging the constitution in such a way that a claw engaged with a chain to shift when a member shifts in one direction and the claw flees from the chain when it shifts in the other direction to send the belt intermittently. CONSTITUTION:When the control part 104c of a start valve is pushed, a valve 104 is changed over and air is sent to a cam valve 101 and to a port 103c through a tube T2, therefore an air operating valve 103 is changed over and the air is sent to a cylinder 40. Accordingly a piston rod 41 is projected to the left and a connecting member 49 and shifting plates 51, 52 shift to the left while being guided. And when a detecting part 101d comes off the member 49, the valve 101 is changed over and when the shifting plates 51, 52 shift to the left, a locking pin 74 pushes a cut face 72b with a claw engaging with chain 63, therefore a belt 30 is sent by a certain quantity. In this position since a detecting part 102d contacts with the shifting plate 52 and the rod 41 retreats and a ratchet member 72 whose claw 72 comes off the chain recovers, if the control part 104c is continued to push, the belt 30 is intermittently sent.
