PURPOSE:To enhance the durability etc. and compact the construction of the device itself through placing of planetary gearing devices parallelly by connecting a plurality of differential gearing devices by a plurality of switching means selectively with possibility of torque transmission, and eliminating use of any clutching device. CONSTITUTION:A speed changer 1 is installed across in the front part of a car body, and in-the-cabin ends of a pair of front wheel accelerator shafts 2a, 2b, on the left and right, are coupled with a front differential 3. On the shaft 2a on the left side of the car body, a plurality of planetary gearing devices 10, 11 are installed concentrical with said shaft 2a and parallel to each other in such a position as outermore than a ring gear 5 and a drive gear 6. No.2 planetary gearing device 11 and the above-mentioned differential 3 are coupled with No.1 switching means 18, and No.1 planetary gearing device 10 is coupled with said differential 3 through No.2 switching means 19. Thereby a plurality of planetary gearing devices 10, 11 are connected by a plurality of switching means 18, 19 selectively with possibility of torque transmission.
