PURPOSE:To obtain a program producing device having high practical performance which can produce and edit effectively programs while understanding a program text as a whole, by defining the program text for every program description in the form of a program component element and converting the element into a tree structure. CONSTITUTION:A program text is defined as a program component element for each group of program description and then converted into a tree structure by said component element. Then the program description of the designated program component element is displayed and delivered together with the information on the tree structure. For instance, the program description supplied from a keyboard 2 is displayed at a display 3 by a control part 1 and also stored in a memory 5. In this case, a program text consisting of component elements AAA, BBB, etc. is defined as component elements A1-A3, B1-B2, etc. at each level and converted into a tree structure. For a program text converted into a tree structure, an identification code X, etc. are added and displayed to the display 3 together with each program description. |
