PURPOSE:To enhance the durability of operating oil by arranging a temperature sensing member which is forcibly engaged with a clutch when the temperature of an operating liquid rises so as to prevent the abnormal temperature rise of the liquid. CONSTITUTION:When the temperature of oil rises above the transmission temperature, a temperature sensing member 51 arranged inside an oil pressure chamber 45 deforms to push a piston 43 in the direction of clutch plates 41, 42, so that a clutch 40 is forcibly engaged. Thus, the slipping between clutch plates 41 and 42 is eliminated, and the temperature rise of oil is suppressed. When the temperature of oil falls, the temperature sensing member 51 transforms to release the pressure applied to a piston 43. Accordingly, since the temperature rise of oil is prevented by automatically engaging the clutch, the damage on the facing part of clutch plates 41, 42 and the deterioration of operating oil can be prevented.
