PURPOSE:To reproduce an instrument tone with various tempos at the reproduction different from those at the playing by providing a counter means counting the relative time represented by inputted relative time information and outputting a read command signal to a read means at the end of measurement. CONSTITUTION:A counter 85 is decremented by a clock pulse phi2 and the result is fed to a control processor 92 as a request data signal 121. The processor 92 checks the content of an event matrix from an address commanded by an event check word in response to the signal 121 and gives a command to a memory 95 to write a status word into a shift register 87 and buffer registers 82-84 having a corresponding address. Thus, the counter 85 detects the even by counting the relative time and reads the status word including an event bit corresponding to the event to reproduce the information such as the frequency of tone, tone color, effect and tempo. |
