PURPOSE:To improve a thermal radiation and facilitate a fixing of vibratory element by a method wherein a power transistor storing part requiring a thermal radiation is arranged at a horn part of a unit base having a supersonic wave radiation vibrating plate at a central part thereof and at the same time a vibrating part is integrally arranged at the unit base. CONSTITUTION:Piezo-electric ceramic vibratory element 10 is adhered to a supersonic wave radiation vibrating plate part 11 to constitute a vibratory part. The vibratory plate 11 is arranged at a central part of the metallic unit base 12 and a supersonic wave radiation horn part 13 is integrally arranged at an outer periphery of the vibratory plate. A power transistor 16 is fixed in a storing part 15 of a flange 14 of the horn part 13 so as to improve an effect of thermal radiation and a size of the unit can be reduced. Since the vibratory part and the horn part are integrally formed to make a structure, it is facilitated to design the shape of the super-sonic wave radiation.
