The invention relates to a global system of rapid fitting, and without the intervention of labour specialised in plumbing, of a bathroom in a location to be equipped or renovated, using all the conventional equipment of sanitary elements and fittings. The main part of the invention comprises : a technical assembly carrying out the functions of mechanical support for the basin 1, of vertical micrometric adjustment 2 during the mounting of the basin against the supporting wall, of cladding for the piping elements 1, while allowing all the technical inspections for the mounting and maintenance of the various pieces of equipment installed inside this technical assembly. <IMAGE>
