LASER BEAM MACHINE WITH AUTOMATIC NOZZLE EXCHANGER

PURPOSE:To improve safety and working efficiency by installing an exchangeable nozzle to a laser beam conduit head and disposing a magazine part which supports plural nozzles in a manner as to permit the indexing thereof. CONSTITUTION:An X table 2 and Y table 3 which are driven via an NC device are provided onto a bed 1. A laser beam conduit 8 and the beam conduit head 5 at the top end thereof are disposed to a laser oscillator 7. The nozzle magazine body 17 which is made into a disk shape and has plural pots is provided to the side face of a frame 4. A work is positioned onto the table 3 and the laser light is irradiated to the work to bore the same. The nozzle 16 corresponding to the next processing is selected by rotating the magazine 17 during such processing. The nozzle 16 is then automatically exchanged by exchange arm devices 22, 23. Since the nozzle exchange is automated, the safety and working efficiency are both improved.
