PURPOSE:To accurately perform a drilling work by providing a punching tool unit to punch impulsively and a drilling tool unit capable of freely elevating on an arm head of a robot apparatus. CONSTITUTION:The drilling tool unit 3 is provided on one side of a mounting base 2a of the robot arm 2 and the punching tool unit 4 is provided on the other side. At first, the punch which is reserving a force with a spring, etc., and capable of descending in the punching tool unit is used and by operating it impulsively, the punching is performed on a prescribed position of the work 6. Then, the drilling tool unit 3 is positioned on the punched position to descend the drill while rotating, to drill the punched work 5. In this way, even if some clearance and deflection are found in the robot apparatus, the drill tip is guided by the hole to accurately perform the drilling. |
