The invention relates to a device ensuring the monitoring of the discharging of accumulators and the possible stopping of this discharging if the electrical energy likely still to be delivered reaches a certain threshold beneath which it is not desired that it should fall. The device consists of the following three elements in combination: - element 107 able to ensure on command the isolating of the circuit through which the discharging of the accumulator or cell 101 occurs in part or in full: - element 108 able to ensure, as a function of the information reaching it, control of the preceding element 107; - element 109 ensuring the monitoring of the charge contained by the accumulator or cell 101 and which, when the latter reaches a certain threshold, informs the preceding element 108 thereof. <IMAGE>
