<p>PURPOSE:To prevent the discharge of atomized paint to the outside and to recover and reuse the paint by providing a sheet air filter for recovering paint supported by a circular rotary frame body between a material to be coated and an exhaust means, and furnishing a soln. tank at the lower part. CONSTITUTION:The atomized paint recovery device 10 is provided between the opening part 4A of the exhaust device 4 and the passage for conveying a material 1 to be coated. The discoid air filter 11 for recovering paint is supported by the circular rotary frame body 12 and made freely rotatable in the atomized paint recovery device 10. The filter is rotated by a driving means 14. The lower part of the air filter 11 is dipped in the soln. in a tank 18 along with the circular rotary frame body 12, and the paint deposited on the air filter 11 is continuously dissolved in the soln. The discharged of the atomized paint to the outside is thus reduced, and the atomized paint can be recovered and reusud.</p> |
