The machine comprises a chassis of the torsion type carrying a positive feed device 1 for the thread called a core thread A, two positive feed devices 2 and 2' placed symmetrically with respect to the core thread to bring the special effect threads (B, C), a device 3 for promoting the linking and the effect between the abovementioned threads, a spool 4 carried by a pierced spindle 5 where the thread 6 constitutes the 'effect' link, and a false twist device 7 securely fastened to the spindle which generates the false twist on the various threads A, B, C.
<??>Along the route of the thread are placed: a positive feed device 8 downstream of a hot-fixing oven 9, a positive feed device 10, a greasing device 11 and finally a receiver spool 12.
