PURPOSE:To make a driving device small sized and light weighted and reduce the noize and vibration by moving plural punches with the punching cylinder reciprocating the inside of the punching cylinder insertion hole where plural punches are formed in a punch block. CONSTITUTION:The base metal 55 in the prescribed dimension is projected from a guide hole 57 by the driving of the stepping motor 64 of a base metal feeding device 53 and is held on the cutter of a base metal cutting device. The cylinder of the base metal cutting device is then actuated, the base metal 55 is cut with the cutter and transferred to the position where the cut base metal 55 can be set to the initial working die as well. In this state, the punching cylinder 13 of a punch driving device 18 is moved to the die direction, a punch 17 pushes the base metal 55 into the die for the plastic deformation in the prescribed shape. The cutter is then returned to the original position with the actuation of the cylinder 66 of the cutting device simultaneously with the returning of the punching cylinder of the driving device 18.
