PURPOSE:To stably close and hold an IC card holding body to a device main body without generating deformation by closing and holding the IC card holding body to the device main body approximately at the center of the front edge part with a locking claw. CONSTITUTION:When an IC card holding body 22 is closed and operated to a device main body 21, the tip of a locking claw 40 is abutted to the inclining part of the stopper rib 53 of a stopper 44. Thus, the tip of the locking claw 40 enters the inside of a hole 49, and thereby, the stopper 44 slides the plunger 50 of an electromagnetic solenoid 45 in the direction of an arrow against the pressing force by a spring 58. When the locking claw 40 goes through the hole 49, the stopper 44 returns a little and the bottom part of the stopper rib 53 is locked to the locking part of the locking claw 40. Thus, the IC card holding body 22 is locked to the device main body 21 in the closing condition.
