STRIP BODY NONCONTACT TYPE CIRCULAR LOUVER

PURPOSE:To avoid the bend and twist while under strip progressing as far as possible by providing a pair of approachable center guide roll and an inlet port and outlet port side inner part rolls on the inner part of the cylindrical rotary body with a traveling line and the horizontal axis in right angled direction as the center axis and taking the rotary angle of a rotary body about <270 deg.. CONSTITUTION:An inlet port inch roll 9 and outlet port pinch roll 10 are made the pinching transfer at the same speed, and with traveling a strip 1 in the state of separating each moving roll of rolls 6-8 from the fixed roll and approaching the roll 8 located at the outlet port side to a traveling line C, the strip 1 passes through the inside of the rotary body 4 without stopping. The speed of the inlet port pinch roll 9 is then increased more than the speed of the outlet port pinch roll and width gradually approaching the inner part rolls 6-8 respectively the strip 1 is slackened in an S shape inside the rotary body 4 and by rotating the rotary body 4 upto 225 deg. the strip 1 progresses on the pass line composed of the 1st S-shaped circular arc P and the 2nd circular arc Q of the outer periphery.
