PURPOSE:To suppress the generation of resonance phenomenon by carrying out the revolution speed control by a fundamental signal when the auxiliary signal corresponding to the water pressure variation is within an upper limit value and by carrying out said control by the signal other than the fundamental signal when the auxiliary signal exceeds the upper limit value. CONSTITUTION:The water pressure variation value of a hydraulic machine 6 is detected by a water pressure variation detecting device 7, and said value is transmitted to an auxiliary signal converter 8, and an auxiliary signal (y) is calculated and input into a comparison calculation device 9. When the auxiliary signal (y) is less than an upper limit value (y0), a fundamental signal x is outputted as it is, and when the auxiliary signal (y) exceeds the upper limit value (y0), the standard value x0 of the revolution speed of the hydraulic machine 6 is outputted to control the revolution speed. Therefore, the generation of the resonance phenomenon can be suppressed, and the water pressure variation can be suppressed within the upper limit value (y0), and the hydraulic machine 6 can be stationarily operated safely.
