PURPOSE:To achieve labor saving and automation in the manufacturing of a surveying stake by the continuous molding of said survey stake, by performing the injection of molten plastic in a cylindrical molding and the stoppage thereof by the fixing plate, a connection pipe and a detection cylinder provided on the leading end of the mold. CONSTITUTION:The leading end of each cylindrical mold 1 rotating intermittently is slid on a fixed plate 41 and a valve mechanism 24 is operated when the raw material injection port of the mold 1 coincides with the opening provided on the fixed plate 41 to open a connection pipe 23. Whereupon, the extrusion port of an extruder 19 communicates with the raw material injection port 2 and molten plastic is injected in the mold 1. Subsequently, a mark cap 16 is retracted to the rear end opening 3 of the mold 1 with the rising in the internal pressure of th mold 1. The movement of the cap 16 is detected by a pusher switch 31 through the rod 30 of a detection cylinder 29. When the switch 31 is operated, the valve mechanism 24 is operated by the detection signal thereof to close the connection pipe 23 and the injection of the molten plastic is stopped. |
