PURPOSE:To improve the drawability and electric conductivity by specifying the amounts of Ti, Ag and Cu and restricting the amount of oxygen. CONSTITUTION:This ultrafine Cu alloy wire has a composition consisting of 5-50ppm Ti, 5-2,000ppm Ag, <=10ppm O and the balance Cu. A Cu alloy having said composition has improved strength and ductility without deteriorating the satisfactory electric conductivity, so the alloy is drawn without causing breaking and an ultrafine wire is easily obtd.
