To form an anastomosis, a back-pressure plate (7; 34') of a surgical clamping instrument (1) is linked by a screw or plug-type connector (22, 31, 22') to a paraboloidal cap (17; 43'), thus facilitating its introduction in the hollow organ to be anastomatized. This combined body is pushed into the hollow organ with the help of a probe (14) as far as its extremity, having a tobacco pouch-like seam. Once the predetermined position of the back-pressure plate (7; 34') is reached, the cap (17; 43') is again released and removed. Finally, the back-pressure plate (7; 43') is linked with the pointed end of the clamping instrument via the plug or screw-type connector (22, 31, 22'). |
