PURPOSE:To enable the titled equipment to vulcanize various kinds of tires having appropriate vulcanizing times which are different from each other, at the same time, by providing outside temperature control equipment, which is capable of establishing outside temperatures separately to a plurality of platens or domes, on a main body of the vulcanizing equipment. CONSTITUTION:A top force platen 7a and bottom force platen 7b or outside temperature control equipment 10, which is capable of establishing outside temperatures separately to a dome, are provided on one side of links 8a, 8b fixed to side plates 3a, 3b. Control switches 11a, 11b controlling the temperatures of the top force platen 7a and bottom force platen 7b are arranged on the outside temperature control equipment 10. A temperature control range of the outside temperature control equipment 10 is 120 deg.C-180 deg.C and the outside temperature in respective vulcanizing molds 5a, 5b are controlled separately. In the case where, therefore, two kinds of tires having appropriate vulcanizing times which are different from each other are vulcanized at the same time, it is possible to vulcanize the tires at the same time by establishing the outside temperature of the tire the appropriate vulcanizing time of which is shorter low by the outside temperature control equipment. |
