<p>A pretreating agent for percutaneous administration, which comprises a support and a keratin-removing material such as an adhesive. The keratin-removing material is substantially uniformly distributed in a density of 0.001 to 5 % in mutually discontinuous small regions. Pretreatment of the skin with this agent serves to improve absorption of a percutaneously administered drug.</p> |
