FASTENING DEVICE FOR CAR CARPETS, FLOOR MATS AND THE LIKE IN CARS

The fixing element (1) is to be fixed into the floor cover and is fitted with a rotatable cap (11). The fixing element has a central stud provided with a relieved section, whilst the cap has a projection (13) which interacts with the relieved section. The fixing element is made from a thin-wall sheet metal flank with several threaded wings (5) with barbs and a slit opening on the stud. The cap is pref. detachably connected to the fixing element by the toggleshaped projection.
