PURPOSE:To improve the atomization characteristic of fuel and suction efficiency by installing a rotary throttle valve into an intake passage and installing a fuel nozzle into said rotary throttle valve and controlling the opened area of the fuel control hole of the fuel nozzle according to the turning of the rotary throttle valve. CONSTITUTION:The auantity of air is determined by the gap between the valve part 15H of a rotary throttle valve 15 and an intake passage 11. While, the quantity of fuel sucked from the fuel control hole 13D of a fuel nozzle 13 is determined by the opening of a control rod 16. Since an adjusting screw 18 is positioned at the lowest position on the cam surface 15F of the rotary throttle valve 15 in idling, also the control rod 16 is at the lowest position, and the fuel control hole 13D is controlled to the min. opening area. At this time, the opening area of the fuel control hole 13D can be increased or decreased by advancing or retreating the adjusting screw 18. Therefore, the negative pressure in the intake passage 11 which acts into the fuel control hole 13D through the hole 15E assists to suck out fuel from the fuel control hole 13D, and mixes said fuel with the air stream in a fuel discharge gap S, and supplies said fuel into the intake passage 11.
