The filter arrangement has a number of disc capacitors (16) attached via holes (12) to a metal plate (10) and provided for a number of connection lines (14) that extend from the contacts of a multiple connector element (32). Each capacitor have toroidal dielectric bodies (17) containing two groups of overlapping planar electrodes (18,20). The planar electrodes are connected to inner and outer tubular terminals. The outer terminals are connected to the metal plate and the inner terminals are connected to the connection line (14). The centre spacing between adjacent capacitors is greater than the centre spacing between the contacts in the connector element.
