PURPOSE:The titled tire, having a tread part consisting of a rubber composition consisting of a specific styrene-butadiene copolymer rubber, specific carbon black and neopentyl type polyol ester and having improved wet and ice skid performance. CONSTITUTION:A tire having a tread part consisting of a composition prepared by blending (A) 100pts.wt. raw material rubber consisting of (i) 100-20pts.wt. styrene-butadiene copolymer rubber with 2-30% styrene content and 10-80% 1,2-vinyl bond content in the butadiene part and (ii) 0-80pts.wt. diene based rubber, e.g. natural rubber, etc., different from the component (i) with (B) 30-70 pts.wt. carbon black having 60-140m<2>/g nitrogen surface area and 90-150ml/100g dibutyl phthalate oil absorption and (C) 2-50pts.wt. neopentyl type polyol ester, expressed by formula I [R is H, OH, methyl or formula II (R' is 3-21C hydrocarbon group) and at least two thereof are formula II; n is 0-2] and having <=300cSt kinematic viscosity (40 deg.C).
