RAPIDLY DEVELOPABLE SILVER HALIDE COLOR PHOTOGRAPHIC SENSITIVE MATERIAL

PURPOSE:To enable the rapid processing and to improve the processing stability to a change in BF contamination during processing by increasing the average particle size of silver halide particles in the emulsion layers having different color sensitivities from the support side in succession. CONSTITUTION:A silver chioride, chlorobromide or chloroiodobromide emulsion having >95mol% silver chloride content is used as a silver halide emulsion forming photosensitive layers having different color sensitivities. The average particle size of the silver halide particles in at least one of the upper photosensitive silver halide emulsion layers is made larger than or practically equal to that of the silver halide particles in the lowest photosensitive silver halide emulsion layer. The average particle size of the silver halide particles in the emulsion layers is preferably increased from the support side in 1:(1-2):(1-3) ratio. The silver halide emulsion forming each of the photosensitive layers is preferably a monodispersed silver halide emulsion.
