USE:An intermediate for synthesizing fluorine-containing vitamin E. PREPARATION:A reaction product of linalool shown by formula II and a compound shown by formula III is reacted with a compound shown by formula IV and an alkyllithium and the prepared compound is reacted with p- toluenesulfonic acid to give a compound shown by formula I wherein R<1> is =O.
