发明名称 MANUFACTURE OF MAGNETICALLY SOFT SINTERED MATERIAL
摘要 PURPOSE:To form a uniform sintered material having a complicated shape and a high density by obtaining fine spherical particles made of composition alloy having aluminum silicon and iron, sintering it in a vacuum, and hot hydrostatic-compressing it. CONSTITUTION:Composition alloy 5 is obtained by 3-13wt.% of aluminum, 3-13wt.% of silicon, 0.l-4wt.% of chromium, 0.01-7wt.% of Ni, Ti, Zr, Nb and at least one of rare earth elements and the residue of iron. Spherical powder 7 having 1-20mum of particle diameter is obtained by a gas atomizing method from the melted state of the alloy 5. After the powder 7 is compression-molded in a block having a shape of head core in section under the pressure of 1000 kg/cm<2> or more, it is sintered in a vacuum with temperature range of 11000-1350 deg.C. Further, it is hot hydrostatically compressed in a temperature range of 600-1350omicronC under the pressure of 500 kg/cm<2>. Thus, a uniform sintered material having a complicated shape and a high density is obtained.
