<p>PURPOSE:To improve the durability and the safety of a stabilizer for a fluorescent lamp and to reduce the cost by interposing a shell type core between a substrate and a cover plate in the state that the outer peripheral portion of the core is sealed, and filling synthetic resin in the peripheral space of a coil interposed between the substrate and the cover plate. CONSTITUTION:A shell type core 1 on which a coil 4 is wound at the core portion 3 is interposed between a substrate 7 and a cover plate 11 in a laminating direction. An escape 8 is provided with respect to the coil 4 between the substrate 7 and the plate 11, and the entire outer periphery of the core 1 is sealed around the escape 8. Synthetic resin 18 is filled in the peripheral space of the coil 4 interposed between the substrate 7 and the cover plate 11 of the outer periphery of the core 1. Thus, since the resin 18 is impregnated between the conductors of the coil 4 in the filling stage, the core 1, the coil 4, the substrate 7 and the plate 11 are integrally secured to improve the durability inexpensively. Since the coil 4 is completely enclosed with the resin 18, the safety is also improved.</p> |
