PURPOSE:To contrive stabilization of product quality and to save labor for a device by bending metal strings and a metal sheet pinched by a couple of pinch rolls by use of a bending roll having a prescribed curvature and welding the strings and the sheet. CONSTITUTION:Metal strings 4 are put on a metal sheet 3 by using a roll device 6 to press the strings 4 by the peripheral face of a small diameter part 22 of a pinch roll 7. The metal sheet 3 is pressed by the peripheral face of large diameter parts 19, 20, and 21 of the roll 7 and is sent to the down-stream side. Then, the strings 4 together with the sheet 3 are bent to have a prescribed curvature by a bending roll 9 and are welded by a welding equipment 10. In this way, the products with the stable quality are efficiently manufactured.
