PURPOSE:To provide the title compsn. having excellent moldability, resistance to impact and weather, flexural properties and productivity, by blending an ethylene/vinyl acetate/vinyl chloride graft copolymer with a polyester modifier and at least one member selected from the group consisting of four specified polymers. CONSTITUTION:100pts.wt. ethylene/vinyl acetate/vinyl chloride graft copolymer (A) obtd. by grafting vinyl chloride onto 5-50wt% ethylene/vinyl acetate copolymer having an MI of 0.8-50g/10min is blended with 1-20pts.wt. polyester modifier (B) having an average MW of 500-8,000 and the formula I or II and 1-30pts.wt. at least one polymer selected from the group consisting of an olefin polymer (a) selected from among PE, PP and an ethylene/propylene copolymer, a styrene polymer (b) selected from among PS and a styrene/butadiene copolymer, a (modified) acrylic polymer (c) selected from among an acrylonitrile/ butadiene(/styrene) copolymer, a methacrylic ester/butadiene/styrene copolymer, etc., and a chlorinated polymer (d) selected from among chloroprene, chlorinated PE, etc.
