PURPOSE:To provide an adhesive compsn. having improved adhesiveness to polyolefins and improved tack, especially at low temps. without being adversely affected in resisting properties, such as resistance to heat and weather and which comprises a particular acrylic polymer, a reactive silicon group-contg. polyester and a curing catalyst. CONSTITUTION:A compsn. comprises the following three components (A)-(C). That is, it comprises 100pts.wt. acrylic polymer (A) obtd. by polymerization of a monomer comprised mainly of an alkyl ester of acrylic acid having a 2-14C alkyl group, 1-70pts.wt. polyether (B) having at least one reactive silicon group per molecule and 0.1-10pts.wt. curing catalyst. It is pref. that polyether (B) be substantially a polymer of an alkylene oxide having 1-4 carbon atoms and have an MW of 500-15,000. An especially pref. curing catalyst (C) is a mixture of an org. acidic phosphate compd. having a P-OH bond and an amine compd.
