<p>PURPOSE:To enable control of heating of foods to their respective proper temperatures with-in the same time, by a method wherein a plurality of foods being different in a desired heating temperature are separately contained in the same container, and heating treatment is applied on the food in a way that the food is surrounded with a sheet different in a microwave transmission rate so that heating action depending upon their respective heating temperatures is applied thereon. CONSTITUTION:A package sheet 3, with which a surface radiated with microwaves is covered, is constituted such that it is divided into different sheet surfaces 3a, 3b, 3c..., being different in a microwave transmission rate, at each containing part so that, when the package sheet is heated under the same condition by a high frequency heating device, the heating temperature of a food in the containing part is controlled to a desired value. For example, the package material sheet surface 3a, positioned facing a containing part 1a packed with rice 2a, is formed by a material, having an excellent microwave transmission rate, a sheet surface 3b, positioned facing a containing part 1b, containing meat 2b therein, is formed by a material having transmission factor lower than that of the aforesaid package sheet surface, and a package sheet 3c, positioned facing a containing part 1c containing a pickled substance 2c, is formed by a material being further difficult to transmit microwaves. This constitution enables a plurality of foods having different desired heating temperatures from each other to be heated and cooked to a proper temperature within one same heating time.</p> |
