PURPOSE:To improve the accuracy of a rim, causing no strain due to the stress concentration on a spork panel, by fitting a spork panel to the rim and piercing a valve hole on the rim by setting to the reference hole for positioning the spork panel. CONSTITUTION:A spork panel 1 is press-fitted to the inside of a rim 3 an fixed by a spot welding, etc., as well. A die 5 is then set by inserting a guide pin 4 into a reference hole 2 and a valve hole 7 is made on a rim 3 by a punch 6 and die 5. In this case the guide pin 4 is pushed down, the valve hole 7 is coincident with the reference hole 2 in its center line and the edge of the hole is risen, becoming in the state of closely fitting to the reference hole 2. In this way, the wheel for vehicle of excellent quality improving the accuracy of the rim can be made without causing any strain due to the stress concentration.
