PURPOSE:To miniaturize the whole of a device and to contrive mechanical simplification, and the reduction of a waiting time for reproduction, by providing a tape of wide width on whose both sides sound recording and the reproduction can be performed, a driving device for the tape of wide width, two heads for the sound recording and the reproduction, and the driving device for both heads, and enabling the sound recording and the reproduction of a message or words to be perfomred on the same tape. CONSTITUTION:All of the calls sent in absence are sound-recorded on a tape 10 by shifting a track 11. Also, when the track 11 on which the sound recording by the first head 40 can be performed, is terminated, for example, the sound recording is performed on the rear plane of the tape 10 by the second head 50. When a reproduction button 27 is depressed, the first head 40 moves from a track 1 to a track 4 with a fast movement by a mobile device 70, and the reproduction of the message from an opposite sound-recorded on the tape is reproduced from the track 4 in order. Since a device is constituted so that the sound recording and the reproduction of the message, and the sound recording and the reproduction of the words from the opposite can be performed on the same tape, it is possible to miniaturize the whole of the device, and also to simplify the device mechanically, and to reduce the waiting time for the reproduction.
