PURPOSE:To make it possible to efficiently utilize the water heat of remaining hot water by maintaining a hot water storage tank ordinarily at lower than a preset temperature when a heating request signal is received from a hot water storage tank under a bathing condition, and providing control means for switching to a remaining hot water operation mode in accordance with the switching from the bathing condition to a waste heat recovering condition. CONSTITUTION:Under a bathing condition, any of a hot water supply operation mode, and a remaining hot water supply mode is not set. When heating is required under this condition in a heat exchanger 2 for a bathtub the quantity of heat which has been absorbed from the outdoors by means of an outdoor heat exchanger 11 by the operation of a bathtub compressor 10, is radiated into the bathtub, by the heat exchanger 2 for the bathtub 2 to heat the hot water within the bathtub 1 to a set temperature. Upon switching from the bathing condition to the waste heat recovering condition, when a heating requiring signal is received from the hot water storage tank 4, operation mode selecting means is set to the remaining hot water supply operation mode to prohibit the operation due to the hot water supply mode, the compressor 10 is operated, the quantity of heat absorbed from the remaining hot water within the bathtub 1 by the heat exchanger 2 for the bathtub is radiated into the hot water storage tank 4 by first and second hot water supply load side heat exchangers 5 and 6 to heat water stored within the hot water storage tank 4. |
