PURPOSE:To contemplate an improvement in lubricating properties, by blending a polyamide bismaleimide resin with a solid lubricant and an org. filler. CONSTITUTION:A polyamide bismaleimide resin is blended with a solid lubricant and an org. filler. Preferred examples of the polyamine bismaleimide resin are thermosetting resins obtd. by the addition reaction of bismaleimide with an amino acid hydrazide and by the addition reaction of m-maleimidobonzoyl chloride with diaminodiphenylmethane. Examples of the solid lubricant are graphite, molybdenum disulfide, boron nitride, etc. The solid lubricant is used in an amount of pref. 10-70pts.wt. per 100pts.wt. polyamide bismaleimide resin. Preferred examples of the org. filler are polyphenylene sulfide, arom. polyesters, etc. The filler is used in an amount of pref. 10-70pts.wt. per 100pts.wt. polyamide bismaleimide resin. |
